Hey Laura! Thanks for posting this video - I really liked it! It's a little intimidating how much of an impact social media is and will have on the future of marketing. I particularly liked the quote by James Farley, the CMO of Ford. He said, "You can't just say it. You have to get the people to say it to each other." I think this quote pretty much summarizes the backbone of social media. Anyway, it was a great video - thanks for sharing!
